Shay was checking Captain Kathryn Janeway's physical health, and Chakotay spoke on the comm, "Captain, the overall pattern of mass insanity destroying civilisations follows an almost straight line through this section of the galaxy. Over here the Beta Portilin system the ancient civilisations. Archaeologists have given us information indicating that they were the beginning. Three hundred years ago, Levinius Five was swept by mass insanity, then Theta Cygni Twelve, then Ingraham B. The last was Deneva, one hundred years ago. Now it is heading to Qo'noS."

Angel was on the bridge when Chakotay spoke to Captain Janeway over the comm. She was reporting to Lieutenant Commander Tuvok on the ship's protocol.

Captain Janeway asks, "How long, Shay?" Shay replies, "Just a few more seconds, Captain, and you are done."
A minute later, Shay says, "Thank you for the quarterly physical exam, Captain Janeway. You are fit to return to the Bridge."

Tuvok nods, "Thank you, Angel. Get me hot Vulcan tea, please." Angel replies, "Yes, Lieutenant Commander Tuvok. I will get Vulcan tea for you."
She goes to the food replicator and gets hot Vulcan tea, then she serves Tuvok. Tuvok thanks her and she leaves the bridge.

Janeway orders, "Take us to Qo'noS." The crew responded, "Yes, Captain."
Shay goes to Angel, and reminds her, "You have avoided medical checkups, Angel."
