Vul'cak reaches the door, and then the programme ends. He kneels, and says, "It is for this reason why I was angry during the five-year-mission. Facing the Klingons. I had programme the hologram to end when I reach the Bridge."

Vul'cak gets up and leaves the holodeck. He goes to the Bridge and checks the Science station. A senior crew member says, "Oh Commander, you will be pleased to know that the library computer is at the science station. Anything and everything you need to know is at this station." Vul'cak replies, "Thank you."
He asks, "Computer, tell me about Eugenics Wars."
The computer replies, "Records from this period are fragmented, but what is known is that the wars' roots lie in a group of Human scientists' ambitious attempt to improve the race through selective breeding and genetic engineering. They created a race of "supermen," popularly known as the Augments, who were mentally and physically superior to ordinary men and women. They were five times stronger than the average person, their lung efficiency was 50 percent better than normal, and their intelligence was double that of normal Humans. They also had enhanced senses, including an ability to hear beyond that of Human capabilities. The Augments rose to power and held dominance over a large portion of Humanity, beginning in the early 1990s. Among the most notorious of these superhuman conquerors was Khan Noonien Singh, who in 1992 became the "absolute ruler" of more than a quarter of the planet, from Asia through the Middle East. The following year, a group of fellow "supermen" followed in Khan's footsteps, and simultaneously seized power in over 40 nations. Some people were treated as little more than slaves by the Augments. Khan considered himself a prince "with power over millions," and unlike some other nations ruled by Augments, under his rule there were no massacres and no wars of aggression until he was attacked; he was thus among the most admired of the so-called "tyrants" into the 23rd century, being called the "best of the tyrants" by James T. Kirk. Reports as to exactly how the wars began vary; some claim that humanity rose up against Khan and his fellow "supermen," while others believe the Augments began to fight among themselves. Regardless of how they began, or who started them, the Eugenics Wars had a devastating impact on Earth, as entire populations were bombed out of existence. The Augments were eventually defeated by Humans who were not genetically enhanced. Khan was the last of the tyrants to be overthrown, in 1996. Khan and over eighty of the "supermen" were condemned to die as war criminals. They however went unaccounted for, a fact the governments of the time did not disclose to the public in order to prevent panic. Rumors were later on confirmed in the 23rd century, that Khan and 84 of his followers had managed to flee the planet unattended aboard an early sleeper ship, the SS Botany Bay."
Vul'cak says, "Stop. That will be all for now." He sits in the command chair, thinking on what he had learnt from the computer.

"You may not know this but our family is a descendant of these 'augmented' humans, not all died not all wanted to die, my family hid from the beginning but as time went by we began to evlove the females born had developed unbelievable powers and extreme longevity. the males still had their enhancements with also being empathic. We hated Khan from the start, it was my ancestors that turned the tide and helped put Khan in his place, or met demise. Some things you can't learn from the computer." Micheal says to Vul'cak standing next to him

Vul'cak did not hear his captain, at first. He was deep in his own thoughts. He says, in Vulcan, "I should have found out more about the Eugenics Wars, when I was Captain of the Enterprise. But I was sent back before I could send Doctor McCoy to a Deep Space Station. It was not until the bridge crew suffocates to the point of passing out, then I remembered Khan's history. Being held at phaserpoint, I could not do anything."
Then he notices his captain, and replies, "Yes, Mia mentioned months ago that she is just a human that is special. In my grief, I had accepted that she is a special human. But now you are telling me that your family had descended from those agumented humans. If females had evolved to develop unbelievable powers and extreme longevity, I must be careful around Mia. Ma did say you are empathic. I had never wanted to be allied to a descendant of those augmented humans. Because of Khan."

Vul'cak nods, and he says, "Khan Noonien Singh is the most dangerous adversary the Enterprise ever faced. He is brilliant, ruthless, and he will not hesitate to kill every single one of us. I had faced him three times, and he is indeed the most dangerous adversary the Enterprise has ever faced. I captured him, and extracted more blood from him. My medical officer had to use my precious vial to bring me back. This time I was able to bring Spock and Kirk back from the dead, before we finally killed him for good."

Vul'cak hears Mia's voice, and he goes to his Science station, and requests for data on Class Y planets. The computer replies, "In the Federation standard system of planetary classification a class Y (known informally as demon class) planet was characterized by a toxic atmosphere, surface temperatures exceeding five hundred Kelvin and thermionic radiation discharges. They were sometimes nicknamed demon class planets due to their extremely inhospitable nature to most humanoid life. Even entering orbit of a class Y planet could be hazardous to starships."

"I was the only human to actually go down there, I risked being court marshaled because in truth I acted myself, the shuttle went down, we didn't know where exactly but the ion trail led us to a Y class planet, our captain then was going to just leave them for dead without any proof. I wasn't going to stand for that. So I went to the transporter bay locked out the controls and beamed down, when I got there I discovered that there were survivors, they had survived the initial crash, but something tore through the hull and it just set me off from there, when I returned to the ship the captain was waiting and I didn't hear the end of it until we reached the nearest star base, he couldn't explain to the admiral how I went down there without an environmental suit, those charges were ultimately dropped. I know where you're getting at with this." Mia says to Vul'cak

Vul'cak replies, "Not exactly Admiral. It was my past, while my shipmates and I were in Rigel VII. I was knocked unconscious and thought to be dead. I went into an alternative reality timeline and I faced Khan for the first time. I fought him until he passes out and I had his ship destroyed. Unfortunately, he was beamed out just before the ship exploded. I had to face him again. He knocked the Mains offline again, and this time I had to save the ship. I had Khan's blood and McCoy used the blood to save me. I just wanted to know more about Khan."

"Oh I just remembered something. I have the blood of an 'augmented' human. I cannot die. I am now immune to all kinds of poisons and venom. I can also stop my heart. Now that is something which you cannot learn from the computer." Vul'cak replies. "It is my personal experience. You will find me useful now, Captain, Admiral."
Then he turns to Mia, "Ma mentioned you annihilated a Y class planet. You won't tell Ma and Pa. Some entity began to abduct members of the ship you were assigned to. She says you were the only one willing to actually go down here. The rest is history and that I won't hear anything about it from Starfleet or the records. I told her it is illogical for me to try and ask you. Yes you know where I am getting at with this. But I will not probe further than it is necessary."

"Yeah, and I pretty much just told you what happened. If I told my Mom and or Dad about anything about being nearly court marshaled, they would have flipped out long ago. So thats what I told them, was only a small morsel of the real story. Starfleet couldn't make heads or tails of what happened with me so the incident was sealed and buried........ Any questions?" Mia says, Micheal was unable to speak out of shock

Vul'cak thanks his captain, and goes to the holodeck again. He finds his programme and plays it.
"What are you going to do, Captain? I have knocked out your Mains again. Are you going to fight me again?" "I am coming over to fight you again. This time, I am stronger."
A bit later...... "What did you do to yourself? You are not affected by the Inland Taipan at all." Vul'cak replies, "Enough, Khan. Let's end this once and for all. I have forbidden my First Officer from going into the chamber for the third time, on pain of death and demotion. If he truly trusts his captain, he will not." He and Khan exchanged blows.
Meanwhile, on the Enterprise......the First Officer sits in the Command Chair. He had been given a direct order not to go in the chamber. Chekov says, "It has been two hours since he left. Save us again." The officer replies, "No. I need to trust him on this. He is my brother and I trust him completely."

The programme ends, just as he had programmed it, and he goes to his room. She greets him, and he strokes her. "Memories are surfacing. Why are they appearing now? Was there anything in that arrow? Where is it now?" She goes to a section of the room, and carefully brings out the arrow. He picks it up and examines it. "It still has my green blood, but I did not really die. I cannot die, as I have Khan's blood. Did the Klingon and the Romulan have anything to do with it? I must find out." Vul'cak tells Spot. He leaves the ship again.
In the bar, he uses his senses to locate some of the patrons who had been there when he first arrived. He found these patrons and quietly questions them. At first, his questions bore no fruit. He continues. Eventually a Betazoid says, "Yes. I have seen the Klingon and the Romulan. They left the scene, shortly after the arrow incident. I followed them, and heard the Romulan say they are going to contact his ally." Vul'cak replies, "Thank you." He leaves the bar before Ma or Pa could spot him. He returns to the ship, and telepathically tells his son, "Stay alert on the presence of the Borgs. They may start to attack Earth."

The EMH scans Vul'cak. Then he said, "Your heart rate accelerated to three hundred beats per minute. Your adrenaline levels rose by one hundred thirteen percent and your neuroelectrical readings nearly jumped off the scale. You are not fit enough to be let off the hook. I am taking you to Sickbay immediately, despite of all your vital signs returning to normal and seeing you have no residual systemic damage. You must wear this neurocortical monitor, which will record a complete encephalographic profile." He orders the medics to bring Vul'cak to Sickbay. Then he contacts Mia to tell her to come to Sickbay.
In sickbay, the doctor says, "We are dealing with a repressed memory. The memory engrams in the dorsal region of the hippocampus are being disrupted. It is causing physical damage to the surrounding tissue. In Vulcan medicine, this is known as t'lokan schism. It means that the subject is inhibiting a traumatic memory, which is beginning to resurface. There is a physical reaction to the battle between the conscious and the unconscious. While there is no treatment for this condition, there is a way. The patient must initiate a mind-meld with a family member, and the two of them attempt to bring the repressed memory into the conscious mind. Does he have a family member?"

"If the doctor is correct, if this is an experience I pushed into my unconscious mind, it could be very dangerous to me, even life-threatening. I realise it's asking a great deal of you, Captain, and I did consider turning to my son, but this meld would be more intimate than most. A family member is normally chosen because of the implicit trust that usually exists. On this ship, I trust you more than anyone else." Vul'cak replies, as he mediates. When he was done mediating, he says, "Give me an hour to prepare."
One hour later, Vul'cak and Mia are sitting opposite each other in chairs, in the surgery bay. Mia is wearing a monitor. Vul'cak says, "Your mind to my mind. Your thoughts to my thoughts. I am taking us back, back to the time temporal, the time I spent in the alternative reality." He places his fingers on Mia's face.
Spock held his head and got up weakly out of the bed, tears flooded his eyes, he walked weakly to his father and hug him. "It's the only way, you'll both be safe all of you, please don't stop me." He continued to walk to engineering room, he stepped into the chamber and shut the door tight, the crew had tried to stop him but nothing had worked, in the chamber Spock was light headed and dizzy he lifted the top open and kicked it back into shape, steam hit his face as he moved away with great difficulties, he walked back and put a new protection top over the steam that came out and hit him from earlier, He fixed the radiation from spreading and in doing so losing his own life. he slid by the glass window and passed out completely as the ship was safe again as well as the crew.

(Round 2)
Vul'cak breaks down, kneeling on the floor, and sobs, "This cannot be." He shakes his head, and groggily, he goes to the Engineering Room. He looks sadly at Spock, and calls, "Spock!" Spock was having difficulty breathing. He turned his body around weakly with a small of pain that released from his body. "I am sorry, but I had to, you are sa....." He coughed up a little bit of blood. "Safe my brother, no one would now harm you, you and .....your family." His body was lightly shaking as the radiation was hitting him hard and his head still spinning with dizziness. Vul'cak sobs, as he nods, "Yes, Spock, I am safe now. Father and mother are safe, thank to you. You are family too, you have been accepted as a second son. No longer an orphan." He touches the glass with a Vulcan salute. Spock did the same, his hand looks different from the radiation. His head rested against the glass, his eyes fading into a different colour as his head moves back and his eyes stare off into space as his heart gave out completely. Vul'cak sobs broken-heartedly and deafeningly, as he feel Spock's death through the connection, and he went silent. He bends his head, and heaving his shoulders, he shifts his eyes. Then he loses his Vulcan demeanour and screamed, "KHAAAAAAAAN!"
Vul'cak breaks the meld as he has a seizure. The EMH orders, "Fifty milligrams cordrazine!" Later, Vul'cak is unconscious on a biobed. EMH reports, "There was a sudden disruption in his hippocampus. Luckily he was in sickbay, or he did be in a coma right now. The bad news is, his synaptic pathways are continuing to degrade. The good news is, it is slowing down. If the repressed memory keeps resurfacing on its own, it is going to cause more and more damage. Eventually, his entire neural structure will collapse, resulting in breath death. Did you access the repressed memory?"

Find out what was on that tip and what in his blood, I'm gonna try to stop the memories from flooding up on him. There isn't much time." Mia says as she goes to the head of the bed to do what she can

The doctor revives Vul'cak, and Vul'cak gasps, blinking as he sees Mia, and the doctor. "What happened?" The doctor glances at Mia, then he replies, "There was a sudden disruption in your hippocampus. Your synaptic pathways are continuing to degrade."
In the chamber Spock was light headed and dizzy. He lifted the top open and kicked it back into shape, stream hit his face as he moved away with great difficulties, he walked back and put a new protection top over the stream that came out and hit him from earlier. He fixed the radiation from spreading and in doing so losing his own life.
